## Ingredients

- 1 medium sweet potato, boiled, peeled and cut into small cubes
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp chaat masala + to sprinkle
- ½ tsp roasted cumin powder + to sprinkle
- ¼ tsp red chilli powder + sprinkle
- ½ lemon
- Nutralite Veg Mayo to drizzle
- Fresh pomegranate pearls to sprinkle
- Fresh coriander sprigs for garnish
- Micro greens for garnish

## Method

1. Take sweet potato in a bowl. Add, salt, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and red chilli powder. Squeeze lemon and mix well.
2. Arrange fafda pieces on worktop. Arrange the sweet potato mixture on top.
3. Fill Nutralite Veg Mayo in a squeeze bottle and drizzle on top of fafda pieces.
4. Sprinkle fresh pomegranate pearls, red chilli powder, chaat masala and roasted cumin powder on top.
5. Garnish with coriander sprigs, micro greens and serve
