## Ingredients

- 10-15 Strawberries
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Lemon rind grated
- 2 cups Yogurt whisked
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Gelatin
- 3 tablespoons Sweetened whipped cream

## Method

1. Hull strawberries and roughly chop. Place in a non stick pan and add sugar, lemon rind and lemon juice. Mix and cook till soft. Cool.
2. Heat ½ cup water in microwave for 30 seconds. Add gelatin and mix well.
3. Take yogurt in bowl. Add cooked strawberries and cream and mix well.
4. Add gelatin and whisk well. Freeze till completely set. Scoop and serve chilled.
