There are a whole lot of reasons why the mixed vegetable parantha is such a favourite. The stuffing is not only a healthy mixture of nutritious vegetables, the flavour and taste will linger on long after eating the parantha.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Take potatoes in a bowl, add green peas, cauliflower, cabbage, carrots, corn, French beans, onions, green chillies, coriander powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, garam masala powder, salt and coriander leaves and mix well
  2. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls. Take each dough ball, make cavity in the centre, place some of the prepared stuffing, gather the edges and seal properly.
  3. Dust some whole wheat flour on the worktop and roll out each stuffed ball into a thick parantha.
