Warm Ham and Cheese Pull-Apart Rolls — Interactive video experience

These easy baked sliders are everything you want in a party snack — soft white dinner rolls filled with layers of double-smoked ham, melty cheddar and mozzarella, a punchy pesto-mayo combo, and finished with a golden, sesame-topped crust. Ready in just 20 minutes, they’re perfect for sharing (or not!).

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Using a serrated knife, cut through the bread roll loaf horizontally. Spread pesto on one side and mayonnaise on the other.
  3. Combine the cheese and sprinkle half on the bottom. Top with ham and sundried tomatoes, followed by the remaining cheese. Sandwich with the bread roll tops. Carefully transfer rolls to a baking dish that fits the rolls side-by-side snuggly.
  4. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle over sesame seeds, if using. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and cook for a further 5-10 minutes.
