Microwave Chocolate Fudge Pudding — Interactive video experience

Method

  1. In a saucepan, gently melt together the butter and 60g chocolate along with the milk. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a bowl combine the dry ingredients. Whisk in the eggs and the cooled butter and chocolate mixture. Add the 40g chopped chocolate and Tonka if using.
  3. Place into microwave-proof ramekins or serving dishes.
  4. For the topping, combine the brown sugar, cocoa and chopped chocolate. Sprinkle an even layer on each pudding. Top with a touch of boiling hot water.
  5. Microwave for 90 seconds to 2 minutes or until the pudding is cooked.
  6. Carefully remove hot ramekin from the microwave and with a knife, open the centre slightly and place a LINDOR truffle inside.
  7. Push together the cut again slightly. This will create a wonderful, rich, saucy centre.
  8. Serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
