Ingredients

• 200 g self raising flour
• 1 tbs caster sugar
• 3 eggs
• 25 g melted butter
• 150 ml full cream milk
• Jar of Nutella

Method

1. Whisk all ingredients but the Nutella in a bowl, until a smooth batter forms, then sit aside for 15-30 minutes
2. Add butter to the pan. Start to cook your pancakes, then add a tablespoon of Nutella into the middle of the pancake, then cover with more batter
3. Cook until the batter is set, flip, and cook until the pancakes are fluffy.
4. Serve immediately, with more Nutella and fresh strawberries
