Ingredients
1 ripe large banana
1 /12 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond or peanut butter
1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs vanilla
1/3 maple syrup
3/4 cup dark chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
Method
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over low boiling water
In a mixing bowl, mix in the oats, coconut oil, maple syrup and nut butter. Stir to combine until fully incorporated
Line a loaf tin tray with baking paper and place this as your base layer. Set in the fridge or freezer until firm.
In a clean bowl, mash the raspberries then fold in the chia seeds. Allow this to sit for 10 minutes so the chia seeds soak up the raspberries and start to plump.
Add this as your second later, then set.
Add the melted chocolate as your third and final layer.
