Ingredients
1 L Massel chicken stock
1 packet hakubaku soba noodles
1 packet of Wonton wrappers
100g pork mince
1 bunch spring onions
A nob of ginger
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
Method
To make the wonton mix; mix the pork mince with spring onions, grated ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil until the mixture is fully combined.
To make the broth, use the scraps of the spring onions and ginger, add to a pot, and add the Massel stock, then bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes, then season with soy sauce
Place a tbsp of the pork mix onto the wonton wrappers, then fold in half, sealing with a little water
Meanwhile, boil the dumplings and noodles in boiling salted water
